Job Offer: Postdoctoral Researcher

🚨 We are Hiring! Postdoctoral Researcher (75%; 12 months, renewable; third-party funding) for the Impact Metrics Library Project at the Geneva Finance Research Institute - University of Geneva (GFRI) and the University of Zurich.

Join our team for an innovative project focused on developing rigorous impact performance metrics in the field of impact investing. The project will be led by Professor Rajna Gibson-Brandon (GFRI). Start Date: January 2025 (flexible)
 
🔍 Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze impact measurement data
- Develop a comprehensive database of impact metrics
- Propose new impact measures and assess them against predefined criteria
- Contribute to project management and knowledge transfer
 
🧑‍🎓 We’re looking for:
- PhD in Finance, Statistics, or Economics
- Strong quantitative skills (Python or R)
- Expertise in Sustainable Finance and Impact Finance (a plus)
- Fluency in English (French desirable)
