Asset Pricing

Asset Pricing examines how financial assets are valued in markets, considering factors like risk, return, and investor behavior. This field explores price formation, market efficiency, and the relationship between asset characteristics and expected returns, aiming to understand and predict financial market dynamics. 

Corporate Finance

Corporate Finance focuses on financial decisions made by businesses, including capital structure, investment strategies, and dividend policies. It examines how companies manage resources, raise capital, optimize profitability, and create value for shareholders while balancing risk and return.

Financial Intermediation

Financial Intermediation examines the role of institutions like banks and insurance companies in facilitating the flow of funds between savers and borrowers. This field explores how these intermediaries manage risk, provide liquidity, and contribute to economic stability and growth. 

Quantitative Finance

Quantitative Finance applies mathematical and statistical methods to analyze financial markets, assess risk, and make investment decisions. Real Estate Finance

Sustainable Finance

Sustainable Finance integrates environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into financial decision-making, investment strategies, and risk management. It promotes long-term sustainable economic growth while addressing global challenges like climate change, social inequality, and resource scarcity.
