The Master of Science UZH ETH in Quantitative Finance program ranked Nr. 1 in Europe and 7th worldwide in the risk.net ranking. It is a joint master’s program from the University of Zurich (UZH) and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH).
Since its establishment in 2009, the program has experienced a steady increase in the number of applications, starting with 180 applications in its inaugural year to 382 applications in 2023. However, the number of enrolled students has remained consistent, with an average of 30 enrolled students and 23 graduates per year. This approach ensures personalized attention and support for each student throughout their academic journey.
The top European ranking achieved by the Master of Science UZH ETH in Quantitative Finance program and its commendable global standing in the risk.net ranking underscores its commitment to excellence in quantitative finance education. The program's collaboration between UZH and ETH continues to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the dynamic field of finance.
