The seminar on business taxation provides in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of corporate taxation.
Participants deal with current tax challenges and developments, including the international regulations in connection with BEPS 2.0 (Pillar 1 & 2), VAT, old reserves, withholding tax in the financial sector and tax aspects of M&A transactions.
